Quins have been drawn away to Barry Town in the Nathaniel Car Sales League Cup first round which will be played on Saturday 20th September   

Martin Poole (pictured below) and Andrew ‘Winny’ Winston are the new managers of the Quins Seconds and they celebrated by leading the team to a 2 - 0 victory over Fairwater.   

Grange Quins  4  South Park  2

Grange Quins entertained South Park in a friendly at the Marl and after  a fierce battle emerged as winners by 4 goals to 2. Quins swept to a
3 - 0 lead with goals from former Haverfordwest midfielder Abdi Ahmed (left), Robert Wilson Diaz and Daniel Gibson but South Park fought back and made it 3 - 2 with Mowleed and Schu netting in the second half.

Mohammed Adan hit the Quins bar with a 30 yard shot but it was the Quins who sealed victory when Wilson Diaz scored his second goal in the last minute.

Quins gave a first game to goalkeeper Matthew Evans from Treharris (right) and he looked  a very good signing. With a mixture of youth and experience, it looks as though the Quins will have a strong squad when they play their first game against Newport Civil Service in the Welsh Cup on September 13th.
